Vaporizers are an incredibly useful tool for any type of person who smokes marijuana, tobacco, or even other types of herbal remedies. It is a machine, usually plugged into a wall, which normally uses a metal coil and fuse. The metal coil and fuse reside within a glass probe that usually protrudes from inside of a wooden box. You use a tube with a glass ending that has a screen and put that ending of the tube on the probe. Whatever material you are using gets baked at a high temperature, hopefully without releasing much if any carbon monoxide. The health benefits of this mechanism are astonishing, 99% less carbon monoxide if used correctly, no bad breath, no conspicuous smell in the vicinity, the list goes on...I have owned the same one for about four years now and it has not yet broken down, although it does have a few patches and scars. Vaporizers have become somewhat of an industry in the last few years, becoming increasingly popular. There are all kinds of vaporizers; portable ones, volcanos (a very popular party vape which utilizes a large plastic bag and fan to fill up the bag full of vapor; the vape itself is in the shape of a volcano hence the name). I hope that one day vaporizing will be the preferred way to consume a product like marijuana or tobacco, and that smoking will become more of a rare form of inhalation.
I agree with you entirely on the health benefits of using a vaporizer. I will also add that they are much more efficient than all other THC extraction methods, not including cooking. Being a vape owner myself and an environmentalist, I will complain that it takes about 10 minutes for my vape to warm up, whereas bongs, pipe, and joints are ready once you pack or roll them respectively. I guess that's a moot point, though, for those who leave their vaporizers on 24/7. I will also note that vape highs are different from those achieved by burning the weed, but that's something for each user to deal with based on his/her preferences. Overall, I'm a fan. My vape is definitely one of the best investments I've ever made.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Hurley Bird on this one. My hall proudly owns a Volcano and it has been a great investment. I must say I'm a fan of this blog so far...vaporizers, beirut, saunas and steam rooms. What else does one need?
